HOW TO ORDER

All orders need to be placed via my website - I do not take orders via email or social media DM's. All prices are available to view on my website - even if items are out of stock. Just click through to the the product description page for these to show. My prices reflect the time it takes to make your keepsake as well as the quality of my work. I do not price match, offer discount for multiple orders or offer free keepsakes in exchange for marketing exposure.

Keepsake Sweatshirts:
I do my best to make keepsake sweatshirts available at all times, unless I need to take a short pause to catch up on orders. Before you place your order, please read the website listing carefully and ask any questions you may have - I am unable to change the size and colour of your order after purchase. To order, simply go to the shop page and complete your purchase at checkout. You will be charged at checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation with the next steps, including my address for sending your clothing.

Once I receive your clothes, I aim for a 4-6 week turnaround. However, please note that occasional delays may occur due to illness or other unexpected events. (I’m a mum of small children, so things can get busy!) If you need your item sooner, please ask in advance—I can usually accommodate urgent requests.

Bears & Lions:
Bears and lions are extremely popular and sell out quickly—often within minutes of the release! They operate differently from keepsake sweatshirts. Here’s how it works:

Slot releases are on the 15th of each month at 8pm UK time.
Slots are sold two months in advance. For example, January slots are for a March turnaround.
Clothing must be received by the 1st of the month you are booked in for at the latest. If your clothing arrives later, your order will be moved to the back of the queue, adding considerable time to your turnaround.

Payment for Bears and Lions:
For Bears and Lions, no payment is taken at checkout—this allows you to move through the checkout process faster. Once your order is placed, I will send you an invoice that must be paid within 24 hours to secure your slot.

I prefer bank transfer to avoid fees, but can also offer card payments upon request.Once your payment is received, I will confirm your slot and send you a next steps email, including the address for sending your clothing.

Tips to Get Through Checkout Quickly:
To help you get through checkout quickly for Bears and Lions, please avoid typing embroidery requests or additional details at checkout. Additionally, do not add weight to your order during checkout—this can all be handled after you’ve secured your slot. To speed up your checkout process, I recommend setting up an account before release night. Simply add an item to your basket, head to the checkout page, and before the payment step, you’ll see a link to ‘log in’. Use this link to create an account, which will save your name, address, and contact details for faster checkout on the night.

Sibling Slots:
If you need a sibling slot, please secure one slot first to improve your chances of getting through checkout quickly. Then, email me and I’ll add the additional sibling slots and secure them for you. This option is only for siblings—please do not abuse the system and secure multiple slots for others.
