You can read full and detailed information about shipping on the 'shipping' page of my website, located on the menu bar. (http://bar.My)
My business operates from the south of England, UK. I take orders from all over the UK via post (but not Ireland as it comes under EU shipping rules which I cannot conform to). I am now also shipping to the United States and Australia (unweighted items only because of the customs process).
If you are shipping to me from overseas, please do shop around for a good price as service fees vary greatly. E.g. a small parcel with USPS usually costs $21 but some customers have paid over $200 for different services!
At this time, I am not shipping to any other countries. Any requests to do so will be denied.
Yes. You will be given a general turnaround time for your order. Once your order is complete, I will email you photographs before posting. Please keep an eye on your email and add me as a trusted sender so i don't hide in your junk folder!
Once posted, you will receive a tracking link via email from Royal Mail to trace the delivery of your parcel. Shipping is fully tracked for your peace of mind.
For sweatshirts, absolutely. Pop your order through as an 'ash grey size medium' then leave me a note at checkout to ask for an e-voucher. I will email it over within 24 hours of purchase. The recipient will have one year to redeem and can contact me to choose their own size, colour and design.
I do not offer gift vouchers for bears and lions.
Absolutely, although please note that I am a very busy mum so this might take a day or two to get around to. For peace of mind, I would always recommend sending with a tracked delivery service. Royal Mail prices are very reasonable if purchased online and our postie here knows the business and is great.
Please note that my emails can often go to your junk folder. Please add me as a trusted sender and check here before contacting me to chase clothing check-ins.
At this time, I no longer make blankets or quilts, although I may look to introduce them in a limited quantity in the future. If do, I will announce this on my social media pages.
For now, if you have a sewing machine, why not give it a go yourself? I have a full, step by step beginners guide available for purchase where I will teach you everything I've learnt over the years to make a quality heirloom quilt that will stand the test of time. If you can sew a stright line, I can teach you the rest!
