Shipping

I currently ship to United Kingdom (excluding Ireland), United States of America and Australia ONLY. Due to GPSR rules, I do not currently ship directly to the EU. If you choose to use a forwarding service, you do so at your own discretion and assume responsibility for import compliance.

Shipping Policy

Sending Your Clothing:
Customers are responsible for sending their clothing to me and paying for the postage to do so. Please be aware that the cost of shipping clothing to me for international orders can be high. I recommend checking with your shipping company to get an accurate quote and ensuring you’re comfortable with the cost before placing your order. When sending your parcel, I highly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. This way, you can monitor the journey of your items and ensure they arrive safely. Please keep hold of your receipt until I confirm receipt of the parcel. Once your parcel arrives, I will check it in and send you an email confirmation to let you know that I’ve received it. Please be aware that due to the volume of orders, this process can sometimes take a couple of days. I appreciate your patience!

 

Returns and Tracking:
When your keepsake is ready, I will return it to you using a tracked delivery service via Royal Mail. The price of shipping will be calculated at checkout but if the item is showing as 'out of stock' and you would like a quote, just pop me a message. You will receive a photograph of your completed keepsake before it is posted, along with an email confirming the day of dispatch. Please make sure my emails don’t end up in your junk/spam folder, as you’ll need to keep an eye out for these important updates!

After your item has been posted, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking link, so you can follow the progress of your parcel on its way back to you. While I will always use a tracked shipping service for peace of mind, once the item has been dispatched, I am unable to take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

​INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order. Please be sure to check the duties and taxes specific to your country before placing an order.

As of 29th August 2025, new regulations are being introduced for shipments from the UK to the United States, including changes to duties and taxes on imports. Please make yourself familiar with these new rules before placing your order. A 10% charge will be added at checkout for US customers to cover the customs charges which I pay when purchasing your shipping label.

International Shipping Terms:

1. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout according to weight.

   • This price also includes the return of any leftover material, provided the items you send are within reasonable limits (as advised in website listing).

   • Please note I am UNABLE TO SHIP WEIGHTED ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY

2. Excessive Material:
   If excessive quantities of clothing or material are sent, I may need to charge an additional fee for the return of the surplus. The customer will be contacted in advance to approve any additional costs.

3. ​Customs and Compliance:

I make every effort to comply with all international customs regulations. However, it is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules for importing items into your country. I cannot be held liable for items that are held or delayed by customs authorities. Please familiarize yourself with your country's specific rules before placing an order.

4. Currency & Exchange Rate:
Please note that exchange rates fluctuate and you are responsible for checking the current exchange rate between GBP and your local currency , as well as any foreign transaction fees imposed by your card provider, before completing your purchase. Any conversion issues or discrepancies due to exchange rate fluctuations are not my responsibility.
